R&S Lures, Co. does not guarantee the colors of the lures and other products shown on the RSLURES.COM Website. We have done our best to photograph and display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on the accuracy of your computer’s monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity; Risk of Loss

The risk of loss to items purchased pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.

R&S Lures Product Return Policy
You may return the item within 30 days from ship date for a refund or replacement, if you are not satisfied with the original condition of your purchased item. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions, and have your order number available.

Note the following:
To obtain the RA number, please call us at 305.246-1992 and provide us with the order number and reason for the return.

1. All returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RA number or it will not be processed for refund or exchange.
2. Once you receive a RA number, you may return unused items, in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
3. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee.
4. Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
5. Shipping and handling is refundable in the case of defective merchandise (as examined and determined by us) and shipped within the United States.
6. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
7. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
8. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with tracking- for tracking and confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
